Who we are
CrossPointe is a Free Will Baptist Church in Suffolk, VA. Our church is a mission
church, planted to reach the community of Suffolk.
CrossPointe is a church that is Christ-centered and family-focused. Whether you've
been attending church for a long time or haven't attended church in years,
CrossPointe's welcoming atmosphere invites you to discover a new relationship with
God. Our friendly people, loving staff, and challenging services combine to make
CrossPointe an exciting ministry.
CrossPointe is dedicated to preaching the Gospel of Christ, reaching the lost, and
training believers for service. Our mission is to see lives changed for Christ through the
power of the Word of God. Our ministry is to bring believers into a deeper and more
meaningful relationship with Christ.
What we believe
We believe the Bible to be the Word of God and we hold to the doctrines of the Trinity,
salvation by trusting in Jesus Christ, repentance from sin, and that Christians are to live
lives separate from conformities to this world. We believe in missions, Christian
education, the ordianances of the Lord's Supper, baptism, washing of the saint's feet,
Spirit-filled lives (not charismatic) that result in witnessing to men about Christ, eternal
Hell and Heaven, and all else the Bible teaches.
